I live in Bedfordshire with my husband, our two wonderful children and our mischievous ginger tabby, Bowser. As a mother of two with a partner who travels frequently, I understand how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. For years, I juggled family life, relocations and emotional fatigue until I realised that small, intentional changes could turn overwhelm into calm, clarity and renewed purpose.
That insight inspired me to retrain as a Health and Wellness Coach, combining my lifelong passion for food and nutrition with real-life experience. Today, I help people who feel stuck, depleted or disconnected to rebuild energy, confidence and balance. Through empathy, authenticity and practical strategies, I guide my clients toward healthier habits, sustainable change and a deeper sense of joy and connection.
